Pricing, presentation, and artisanal food standards- All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are fully inclusive of all applicable GST and statutory taxes. No surprise fees are added at checkout.
- Product images are for representation purposes only. Because our namkeens, mathris, and snacks are prepared using traditional recipes and natural whole ingredients, taste, texture, and appearance may vary slightly between daily fresh batches.
- 100% Pure Vegetarian Standard: All snacks are prepared in an exclusively vegetarian facility using pure edible oils and whole ground spices.

Orders & Cancellation
Order confirmation, processing, and cancellation terms- Subject to Availability & Confirmation: All orders placed on our website are subject to stock availability and official confirmation.
- Cancellation Prior to Dispatch: Once an order has been dispatched from our facility, it cannot be modified or cancelled. If you need to amend your shipping address or cancel an order, you must contact our helpline immediately before dispatch.
- Order Acceptance & Refusal Rights: Aashish Namkeen Co. reserves the right to accept, refuse, or cancel any order if required (for example, non-serviceable pin codes, suspicion of fraud, or technical pricing errors).

Payments
Secure online gateways and doorstep cash handling- Secure Online Payment Methods: All prepaid online payments must be completed using the secure payment gateways available on the website (UPI, Debit/Credit Cards, Net Banking).
- Cash on Delivery (COD): Cash on Delivery, if available for your delivery pincode, will be clearly displayed as a selectable option at checkout. Payment must be handed over in cash or paid via doorstep courier UPI QR scan upon delivery.
- Zero Advance Requests: Aashish Namkeen Co. staff will never call asking for confidential OTPs, CVV, or advance UPI transfers for confirmed COD orders.

Shipping & Liability
Courier transit times, tracking, and customer responsibility- Delivery Timelines: Orders are freshly packed and dispatched within 24 to 48 business hours. Delivery timelines typically range from 2 to 5 business days depending on destination location and third-party courier services.
- Accurate Shipping Details Required: Customers must provide accurate, complete shipping details (including flat/house number, street name, recognizable landmark, and valid 6-digit pincode) while placing orders to avoid failed deliveries.
- Courier Transit Delays: Aashish Namkeen Co. is not responsible for transit delays caused by third-party courier partners, regional roadblocks, natural weather events, or factors beyond our reasonable operational control.

Refunds, Replacements & Returns
Perishable food item guidelines and transit protection- Perishable Food Policy: Our Refund & Returns Policy applies and forms part of these Terms & Conditions. Due to the perishable, consumable nature of food items and strict hygiene standards, returns are generally not accepted once delivered and unsealed.
- Transit Damage or Defect Guarantee: In the rare event that your snack parcel arrives visibly damaged, crushed, tampered with, or contains an incorrect item, please take 2 clear photos and contact our WhatsApp helpline (+91 75799 65508) within 48 hours of delivery.
- Free Prompt Replacement: Upon quick verification, we will promptly dispatch a fresh replacement packet at zero additional charge, or initiate a full refund as applicable.
