Customer Address & Delivery Attempts
Ensuring smooth and accurate doorstep handoverAccurate Address & Pincode Required: Customers must provide a complete shipping address including flat/house number, street/locality, landmark, and a valid 6-digit pincode with an active phone number.
Up to 3 Delivery Attempts: Our courier partners will attempt delivery up to 2–3 times. Please ensure someone is available at the address or coordinate with the delivery executive via phone.
Return to Origin (RTO): If the customer remains unreachable, refuses delivery, or provides an invalid pincode, the parcel returns to our facility. Re-dispatch charges may apply for incorrect addresses.
